Sam Sirochman - Siroch

Label Director

Coming out of Philadelphia, bass house DJ and producer Siroch (Sam Sirochman) aims to create a style of music that merges positivity, creative sound design, and distinct groove to deliver a unique and diverse sound. 

Displaying his versatility with releases such as Hold Up, Mothafunkas, and Don’t Forget, Siroch saw the need for a local house record label that welcomes all different genres of house music.

As Label Director, he creates general game plans and goals and works with every member of the team to make sure we get them done.

 

Phil Weinberg - Heph

Head of A&R

From a young age, Heph (Phil Weinberg) was obsessed with music that catches your ear - whether that’s a melody, sound or vocal. He brings this energy to the music he makes, so there’s always an aspect that pulls in the listener.

Heph is inspired by varying styles of House Music that merge energetic drums, catchy vocals, and grooving bass-lines. His unique style can be seen in releases such as “Aspirations” and “Back”.

As Co-Founder and Head of A&R for Realty Records, Heph oversees artists, communicating release plans and looking for new music to build a standout catalog for the label.


Anthony Polo

aka Ralph Jawn

Creative Director

Philadelphia-based visual artist Ralph Jawn (Anthony Polo) uncovered his passion for motion graphics during his time as a stage tech, helping produce live events and concerts. This led him to specialize into music-based events and create visual experiences for electronic music shows and festivals, including stops on the Space Rock Tour - Gravitrax and Bitsky and Elements Music Festival.

Leading the visionary aspects of the label as Creative Director. In this position, Anthony oversees the creation of the Realty Records aesthetic.

Dani Maconi

Head of Publicity

Dani Maconi has 10 years of PR experience, working for some of the biggest event companies in the world - including Live Nation Entertainment and Life Is Beautiful.

She started her career in event planning and public relations while in college, becoming the Special Events Chair of the Public Relations Student Society of America and the Live Events Chair of the Student University Programmers. Since then, she’s done publicity for global dance music companies such as Beatport and Insomniac Events and now is Head of Publicity for Realty Records in Philadelphia.
